KINGS CAR WASH – STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• For your own safety and the safety of others.
• Please obey any instructions given by Kings Cars staff.
• Please do not chamois vehicles in wash bays.
• Wash bays are for vehicle washing only, no horse floats etc to be washed.
• Kings Cars accepts no responsibility or liability for any damage or injury caused using the Car Wash facility or supplied equipment.
• Kings Car Wash is a Customer Service for the exclusive use of Kings Cars Customers on new or used vehicles purchased from Kings Cars.
• This Car Wash facility is a manual ‘do it yourself’ commercial style facility to be utilised by the Customer, no labour is provided.
• The supplied credits on a supplied Car Wash Card are for the exclusive use to wash the vehicle purchased from Kings Cars.
• Car Wash Card is supplied with sufficient credit for one year’s cleaning and your Car Wash Card is then recharged on servicing of vehicle for the life of the vehicle’s ownership.
• Car Wash Card and/or credits are not transferrable.
• Car Wash Facility’s opening hours are displayed on site and are subject to change.
• Kings Cars reserves the right to change/amend any terms and conditions as we see fit.
• Kings Cars provides this facility in good faith for the 99% of Customers who do the right thing, but for the 1% that might not, we reserve the right to cancel any credits for abuse of these terms and conditions.
